How long does it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major sale events, processing may take slightly longer due to high volume.

Yes, we ship our world-famous rubs and apparel globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Are your BBQ rubs gluten-free?
The majority of our rubs are gluten-free and contain no MSG. However, we always recommend checking the specific ingredient list on the product page to ensure it meets your dietary needs.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on seasonings or sauces. For apparel and hardware, we accept returns of unworn or unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
